protein exclusion kidney symptoms

Doctor, how can I get a protein exclusion test with the kidney of my kidney symptoms?

Kidney syndrome is a condition in which urine is excreted with protein. People with the disease have low levels of albumin protein in their blood and are prone to swelling.

Kidney syndrome is not uncommon in Sri Lanka. Lack of appropriate treatment can put a child's life at risk. Encouragement and support from parents is essential in treating a child with kidney failure. Treatment is easy when both the patient and the parent have a clear understanding of the disease.

Urinary burn test to monitor protein excretion in urine.

1. Get an early morning urine sample.

2. Take a test tube and fill one-third of it.

3. Heat the top of the tube by holding it firmly in place. The solution is then heated until it is bubbling, bubbling.

4. If the solution is clear without staining, it can be concluded that the urine sample does not contain proteins.

5. If the urine sample looks dirty, put 10 drops of acetic acid or 2 drops of vinegar in it. If the dye is removed, it can be concluded that the respective urine sample does not contain proteins

6. All the observations described above should be done in a black-colored background.

Classification of observations

Observations - The solution is slightly gray, but the letters are visible through the solution.

The texture is slightly crude, and the texture through the solution can be difficult to read

The text is unreadable, the background black is visible.

The background is not visible in black.

The blackness is covered with a vapor film.

If your child eats protein or albumin with urine at levels 2+ or above for 3 days, then we know that the child is 'recurring'. If your child ejects protein or albumin with urine or urine below 3 days of observation, we know that he/she is in a 'cure'.

If a kidney condition is diagnosed with any of the following, take it to a pediatrician or a kidney unit of the hospital immediately:
* Contagious disease
* When needed for immunization advice.
* Diarrhea and vomiting
