◾ Reduce physical activity which results in increased respiratory rate and body metabolism. This condition can increase the risk of hemorrhage and hot weather.


◾Always indoors and when outdoors, use appropriate face masks and face masks and umbrellas such as umbrellas and hats.

◾ Close the window to reduce the haze entering the house. Always clean the indoor environment. Avoid activities that increase air pollution such as smoking.
