Of course, the life that is not chased by money and time is most important. But it is near impossible in reality. However, we can certainly take care of our bodies and minds with a little effort. I want to start with the idea that health is prevention.
 
What foods do you like your mouth and your favorite foods?
 
We choose foods that our mouths like for many reasons. Even the food is mistaken for the body. But most foods your mouth likes contain too much sodium. If we can eat the food that the body likes as many times as the mouth eats, our bodies and minds will be strengthened.

Unfortunately, restaurants that sell their favorite foods are not so common. I also think it's bothersome, inconvenient and expensive to eat at home. For this and that reason, we again choose our favorite food. But is it annoying, inconvenient and expensive to make healthy food? It's not like that. If you think about it a little bit, it's often cheaper than money to buy your favorite food. This is true even if you buy only organic products without pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

It's hard to say if you're planting a garden, but in the city, it's hard to do so, so let's make your favorite food with proper consumption. I'm going to cook a table today for a thousand won. The menu will make mushroom miso soup, bean sprouts rice, boiled spinach, and salad.
